What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the platform and configuration: 500 units on robot vacuum and pet fountain platforms, and 2,000 units on the car vacuum where aluminium finishing and fixed toolings are involved.
What is your production lead time?
40–50 days from deposit and packaging approval for standard configurations. First orders with custom colours or packaging run to the upper end because of the surface-treatment step.
Can you ship under our brand with our own app?
Yes. Housings are injection moulded in-house, so Pantone-matched colours carry no tooling surcharge, and the white-label WiFi app carries your brand name with Alexa and Google Assistant voice integration.
What certifications and test documentation do you have?
3C (CCC) certification covers every product family except the CG2 car vacuum, and PSE covers all robot vacuum platforms. The robot platforms additionally carry CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, MIC, IC and CEC+DOE; the other families carry CE, FCC and RoHS. Every battery pack ships with UN38.3 and MSDS files, and documentation is available for review during supplier qualification.
What are your payment terms and incoterms?
30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We ship FOB Shenzhen by default, with EXW and DDP available by agreement.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The plant is in Bao'an District, Shenzhen — a 5,000+ m² three-storey building where you can walk the injection moulding floor, the 8 SMT lines and the 4 assembly lines in one visit. Video audits are available if travel is impractical.
