Manufacturing Capabilities

Five capabilities run on one campus. Each page lists the equipment behind it and — equally important — the cases where you should use a different supplier instead.

Summary

Our in-house capabilities are injection moulding (17 machines producing ABS, PP and PC housings and tanks), SMT assembly (8 lines with 7 Yamaha YSM20R placers and a Siemens HS60 line, 0201 and BGA capability, verified by 5 AOI, 3 SPI and 1 X-ray machine), finished-product assembly and testing (4 lines, 50+ test instruments, 600,000+ units a year), 18650 battery pack integration with UN38.3 documentation, and compliance file coordination for CE, FCC, RoHS, CCC, PSE and UKCA markets.

What each stage contributes

Each stage either adds capability or removes a supplier boundary. This table shows what in-house ownership buys you at each step.

Stage Equipment What it controls Why it matters to you
Injection moulding 17 machines + 15 finishing units Housings, tanks, colour Custom colours at MOQ with no tooling surcharge
SMT assembly 8 lines, 0201/BGA, AOI+SPI+X-ray Board quality, component sourcing Field faults traceable to joints and lots
Assembly & testing 4 lines, 50+ test instruments Per-unit function: suction, leaks, sensors, pairing Every shipped unit carries line-test data
Battery integration 18650 packs, 3.6–14.8 V, protection boards Pack configuration and transport files UN38.3/MSDS filed per configuration, not per guess
Compliance support CE, FCC, RoHS, CCC, PSE, UKCA files Documentation status per model Written per-model summary before the deposit

Cells and a small number of sourced components come from named suppliers with lot traceability and are listed as such in the bill of materials — we are an integrator, not a cell maker, and the BOM says so.
